The Recipient will pay compensation to the Broker for the Services at a rate of $1,000.00 per month.
Additional recipient agrees to a Broker Compensation that shall be charged to parties who enter into listing or other agreements for services requiring a real estate license. All transactions require a minimum of 2 percent to the brokerage with the Brokers commission 10% the Associate-Licensee/Referring agent at 70% and the office commission at 20%.
Licensee sales from outside any office portfolio would receive a 10%-80%-10% split.
90/10 commission splits are for individuals who close 3 or less deals within a 12 month period. Individual designations will be under the name Elizabeth Rivera, Broker . DBA names available for an additional fee.
Individuals who close 3 or more deals within a 12 month period are eligible for high commission splits call to negotiate.
